The pivot is a logical spot to attempt bottom-fishing with a tight stop loss.  Specifically, you should use a reverse-pattern trigger of 3.0 points on the 15-minute chart if the futures fall into the range 3521.20=3522.50. (Thus, if the futures come down to, say 3521.60 and rally the requisite three points, you would enter on a 3524.60 buy-stop limit.) If you are unfamiliar with this tactic, you should use your own method of risk management to limit initial exposure to no more than $300 per contract. You can also paper-trade this one to familiarize yourself with the style of my recommendations.

Using a lesser pattern with a somewhat riskier entry, UNH has already signaled a long from 281.18, stop 278.21. This was a 'mechanical' buy that triggered on Friday's pullback (60-min, a= 280.81 on 7/18 at 11:30 a.m.). The target is 290.05. Gold's annoying dip this morning did not change my outlook, which softens the one given originally calling for a drop to as low as 3176.13:13  RickMSFT: I still think the little hoax is headed to 503.69, and I will refrain from drum-rolling this target to avoid queering is awesome, dark voodoo magic. This correction should turn from 489.00, so you can back up the truck there as long as you use an absurdly tight stop-loss. If sellers crack 489.09 hard, the stock could fall to 486.35, or possibly 483.61.
